Stakeholder Reporting Channel
At Brink Staalgroep, we value transparency, integrity, and safety for all our stakeholders. Employees, customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders can safely and easily share concerns, complaints, or feedback by emailing info@brinkstaalgroep.nl. Reports can be submitted confidentially and anonymously. All reports are received by our confidential advisor.

You will receive an acknowledgement of receipt within five working days. Within ten working days, we will assess whether the report qualifies as a formal complaint. If it does, we will work together with the parties involved to find an appropriate solution. Throughout the process, you will be kept informed of the progress. Once the matter has been resolved, you will receive confirmation of the outcome. If your report is not accepted as a formal complaint, we will explain the reasons for this decision.

We are committed to protecting anyone who raises a concern from retaliation or other adverse consequences wherever possible.
